We're looking an energetic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our HR team! As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing to hiring.
- Oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle. Maintain compliance with local labour laws, overseeing work pass applications and renewals.
- Support full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues, providing solutions aligned with company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment through staff engagement activities
- Maintain and update employee data, records, and HR-related reports.
- Provide support on other HR tasks as directed by the HR Director
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR/Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail-oriented with effective task prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in technology tools and systems
- Open to both fresh graduates with the right attitude and experienced hires.
