· Manage respective outlets and its operational and manpower planning (Work schedule, headcount, cost etc) to ensure Outlet Operation runs smoothly.
· Manage cost controlling of ingredients, food purchasing activity of ingredients and equipment maintenance for the store. Ensure adequate stocks and supplies for daily sales.
· Guide and train new staff (full-time, part-time, interns etc) Train and develop Trainee Manager / Outlet Manager candidate.
· Educate and train staff to use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
· Monitor and be responsible for sales performance of respective outlets and drive sales to hit the target set by management.
· Interview part/full timers when necessary.
