Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare job advertisements and job postings on various platforms
- Conduct job interview and assess job applicant's suitability for job role
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Administering of employment contracts
- Develop & maintain a strong network with active and passive candidates
- Prepare and submit weekly report and updates to stakeholders
- Management the candidates resumes’ database
- Service existing clients and prospecting of new ones and to partnership with the hiring manager on any staffing needs
Job Requirements:
- Min. a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Positive and proactive
- Enjoy talking to people in all professions
