Responsibilities:
- Strong team leader who is able Lead, provide strategic advice and manage a team of operational staff to meet the objectives and targets
- Project Delivery and quality; prepare development/project brief, including setting-out time for deliverables, project cost and project quality
- Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time, safety, and the highest quality standards
- Prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditure, and initiate corrective action to meet financial objectives
- Ensure availability of financial, material, and human resources required to successfully complete a project
- Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and effect appropriate solutions
- Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults in order to seek solutions to a more efficient process
- Proffer solutions effective in meeting set targets and satisfying client requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and oversee the selection of vendors
- Manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk assessment, and resources.
- Assist TOP and handover matters on projects completion and to oversee the payment claims and final account settlement
Requirements:
- Experience in large size project (100,000m2), Steel Structure Work Project (10,000 ton), Deep Excavation (more than 10m) project involved.
- Leadership Skill, able to direct the operations of a project unit to ensure set goals are achieved
- Communication skill, good ability to negotiate with client/consultant, relay information to team members etc.
- Problem-solving skill, project management principles and methodologies in seeking solutions to project problems.
- Well-versed in contractual terms, obligations etc.
- Able to converse in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ
