Role:
Finance Executive in charge of Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
The incumbent primary role is to perform bank reconciliation on AP payments.
He/She is required to follow up closely with operations to resolve any unreconciled AP bank items.
In addition, the incumbent is also required to perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function which includes answering queries and addressing issues on invoice processing and payment, checking of invoices, creating manual supplier invoices, preparing accounts schedules, managing vendor records, and involving in special projects.
He/she must be equipped with very good IT, analytical and MS Excel skills.
Job Requirements:
- Areas of study in IT/Accounting/ Business/ Finance
- Good analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Independent, confident, meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, good team player, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong accounting acknowledge
- IT programming skills would be an added advantage
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs - 8.30am to 6pm / Fri - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $2,300 to $4,000
Location: Botanic Gardens
Start Date: October 2024 (9 months contract with staff benefits)
