You must be well-versed in CHINA GAAP and will be responsible for daily accounting and financial management tasks for both our China HQ and Singapore branch. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Report Preparation: Prepare various financial and consolidation reports and analyses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for both China HQ and Singapore branch.
- Accounting: Manage daily accounting tasks, oversee company accounts, and ensure clear and accurate bookkeeping for both locations.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Record, verify, and maintain the general ledger, ensuring data integrity in compliance with CHINA GAAP.
- Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax planning strategies, optimize tax structures, and ensure legal compliance to minimize tax burden for both China and Singapore operations.
- Budgeting: Prepare and review financial budgets, conduct financial forecasting and analysis to ensure effective allocation and use of funds for both branches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in contraction industry.
- You must be able to read, write and speak in Chinese to communicate with China HQ teams.
- Proficiency in Chinese, including accouting terms.
- Good knowledge in China Tax system.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of CHINA GAAP is essential.
