Job Responsibilities:
1. Visual Style and Brand System Internationalization:
- Promote the internationalization of the credit card department's visual style and brand system
2. Creative Visual Design:
- Responsible for the creative visual design of the group's business, including online and offline creative projects such as events, themes, brand communication, marketing, and operations.
3. AI Generative Creative Software:
- Be familiar with AI generative creative software (e.g., Stable Diffusion, MidJourney), understand the operational processes, and effectively apply these tools in practical work.
4. Design Style Discussions:-
- Participate in design style discussions across various channels, providing professional opinions and design ideas.
- Independently complete creative design projects, follow up on project implementation, and collaborate with various teams and external suppliers.
5. Visual Coordination and Process Optimization:
- Be aware of mid-level visual coordination, participate in building internal and external creative design processes, and promote the optimization of overall visual design efficiency and collaboration.
Qualifications: -
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a design-related field. (Or a fantastic portfolio!)
2. Work Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in design. Experience in the Fintech industry or large advertising companies is preferred.
3. Multilingual Skills:
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively liaise with stakeholders and business partners. Language proficiency is required due to the need to communicate with partners who speak these languages.
4. Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in using design software such as Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), Cinema 4D (C4D), After Effects (AE), and Figma.
- Ability to flexibly apply these tools in practical work.
