JOB SCOPES:
- Support the Human Resource Business Partner with daily operations related to research staff recruitment, contract renewals, transfers, and re-designations/upgrades for research projects.
- Oversee and manage welfare matters for research staff.
- Maintain and update research staff data, providing periodic and ad-hoc status reports to various units as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the faculty appraisal committee, focusing on research dimensions such as data collation, statistics, and reporting on journal and conference venues to facilitate ranking during the appraisal process.
- Manage pre-award and post-award research grant administration, including disseminating grant calls, reviewing proposals, tracking progress and final reports, and processing grant virements and variations.
- Address over-the-counter inquiries in the research office as required.
- Assist with other general administrative tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- At least Degree in any discipline .
