Job Scope:
- Ensure work place safety procedures
- Operate equipment for food preperation or cooking
- Adhere to packaging standard
- Make and bake durian cakes and pastries daily
- Responsible for managing inventory and stock taking
- Maintain quality control
44 hours work week:
- Mondays, Wednesdays to Saturdays 8 am to 6 pm ( 60 mins break )
- Off days: Tuesdays & one rotating day
Requirement:
- Certification in the pastry-related field
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and able to work independently
