QEHS:
- Ensure compliance of safety on-site.
- Ensure all safety info relevant to the works are being briefed to the team
- Ensure good housekeeping of work area.
- Constantly review quality of work done.
- Ensure proper filing of documention.
Minor / Major A&A Project Works
- Assist the Project Manager in the development of Project Management documents such as
project budgets, project schedules, scope of works and project plans.
- Execute project management administrave and bookkeeping tasks such as managing
invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
- Supervise the project procurement process.
- Meeng with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance
criteria and project melines.
- Coordinate the allocaon of project resources to ensure the project team has what is needed
at the right me.
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what is expected from them in
terms of project milestones and deliverables.
- Liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle.
- Help Project Managers monitor project progress and team’s performance and provide
updates to project stakeholders.
- Schedule stakeholder meengs, document and generate reports.
- Foster cross-team collaboraon to help project team members complete project tasks and
produce deliverables.
- Upon compleon of project, ensure full closure with all documentaon in place for claims.
Process
- Ensure team adheres to company policies and procedure in place.
- Ensure no observaons / non-compliance for any audits.
- Remain contactable for emergency situaons a-er office hours, weekends and public
holidays.
- Any other scopes / dues / responsibilies for the fulfilment of client’s contract to be
determined by immediate superior / management on case-by-case basis.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent (recognized by BCA, PE Board)
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Project
- Good project management, communication and writing skills
- Ability to work with tight schedule in a fast paced environment
- Immediate or Short notice preferred
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am-1pm(Saturday)
