- Develop and organize the construction timeline in advance, managing task coordination
- Diligently track progress of construction tasks
- Analyze project details, including civil/structural, architectural, and mechanical & electrical plans
- Compile reports on site activities on a daily and weekly basis
- Assist Project Manager on site
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager
- Coordination work with authorities, clients and QP
- Ensure safe and tidy job site in compliance to WSH Standard
- Collaborate with stakeholders both within and outside the organization to enhance workflow
- Required Degree in Civil Engineering and equivalent
- At least 3 or more years of experience in large projects
- Required to work 5.5 days
