As an AWS Middleware Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing middleware solutions that integrate various enterprise systems and applications. Your expertise in AWS, middleware technologies, and platforms such as Flow, IBM, and JBoss will be critical in ensuring seamless communication between our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Develop and implement middleware integration solutions using AWS services, Flow, IBM, and JBoss, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Integration Management: Manage and monitor middleware integrations to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- AWS Cloud Services: Leverage AWS cloud services to create scalable and secure integration solutions, including the use of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and others.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to gather requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all middleware solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration designs, processes, and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in middleware integration, with a strong focus on AWS services.
- Proficiency in AWS and experience with key services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
- Experience with Flow, IBM Middleware, and JBoss is essential.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, enterprise service buses (ESBs), and API management.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
