Job Description
The Project Engineer oversees the planning and all project executions of electrical installations. He/she will manage the progress of the project and ensure quality and timely delivery. He/she will be required at project sites locally.
The specific responsibilities include:-
- Management of projects: engineering, planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Lead a team of supervisors and workers to ensure the installation of electrical facilities is in accordance with the project plan and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare shop drawings and address on-site issues.
- Handle all documentation and submission and attend on-site meetings with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
- Prepare progress reports and materials request.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity and in the construction industry
- Proficient in various Microsoft and Project Management software
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and accountability
