Clinic Assistant
Salary: $2000 - $3000
Location: Novena
Working Days: 5.5 days
Working hours: Mon-Fri - 9-5pm // Sat 9-1pm
Job Descriptions:
1. Administrative duties
- Answering phone calls and email enquiries
- Scheduling of appointments
- Attending to patients’ enquiries
- Registration of new patients
- Retrieval, organizing and preparing of patient's casenotes
- Tracing of laboratory and radiologic reports
- Other adhoc tasks given by the Clinic Manager
2. Front Counter duties
- Discharge patients and dispensing of medications accurately
- Assist patients with payments or charges.
3. Clinical duties
- Taking patient's vital signs
- Assisting doctors in minor procedures
- Provides chaperone role
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms
- Ensure accurate translation of doctors' schedule into Plato
- Sterilize medical instruments and sanitize designated areas
Job Requirements:
- Clinic experience is preferred
