Description
- Assist with day-to-day site admin functions
- Manage the provision of all office services, i.e. reception, phone, fax, mail, stationary, courier services, office equipment, etc
- Support the day-to-day aspects of records management for various users.
- Inputs document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with the requirements.
- Verify internal accounts receivable against customer payments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks.
- Any other duties as assigned by direct superior
Requirements:
- Graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Effective team-player with a positive attitude
