We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Family Tutor to provide academic support and manage the daily schedules of our client's children. This role is integral in ensuring that the children receive high-quality tutoring, as well as structured and organized daily routines. The Family Tutor will be responsible for overseeing the children’s educational progress, extracurricular activities, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tutoring: Provide personalized academic tutoring in core subjects, helping to improve the children’s understanding and performance in school.
- Daily Routine Management: Plan and manage the children’s daily schedules, including schoolwork, extracurricular activities, and personal time.
- Extracurricular Activities: Encourage and facilitate participation in extracurricular activities that align with the children’s interests and goals.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on their children’s progress and any areas of concern.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in tutoring or educational support, especially with children, is essential.
- Transportation: A valid Singapore driver’s license and the ability to drive an Alphard vehicle are required.
- Educational Background: A degree in education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications or training will be considered an asset.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are required to efficiently manage the children’s schedules and academic progress.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
Salary:
- Salary Range: Around SGD 6,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
