We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join a global MNC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upkeep of office facilities, including the reception area, conference/meeting rooms, and pantry
- Assist with any face-to-face, telephone and email inquiries
- Managing Expats from HQ and handling their documents
- Maintain and update the company’s mailing list, internal phone directories, and other administrative databases
- Organize and manage the filing system for documents
- Coordinate management’s calendars and appointments with office vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Assist with business travel such as visa applications, insurance, claims, flights, hotel accommodations, and dining arrangements
- Prepare company gifts and assist with Company DND and research
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Experience in handling expats
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A meticulous and organized individual
