Job Summary
As UI/UX Team Lead, you facilitate product visions and translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups for an intuitive user experience. You oversee the quality of the design solutions, identify design problems, and devise suitable solutions.
You will work alongside a dynamic team of developers to create user-centric web and mobile applications. We value people who are brimming with ideas and would take initiatives in the design process.
Job Scope
- Empower, mentor and designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team
- Create visual strategies, wireframes, interactions, prototypes that are in line with style guides and are of high-quality standards and user experience
- Creating and facilitating an environment, process and design system that supports consistent UX principles and processes
- Lead design strategy activities to understand user needs & business opportunities, uncover business/user needs, generate potential solutions, craft a holistic vision for the end-to-end product and develop roadmaps for achieving that future
- Adjust design solution based on information flexibly
- Highly communicative and responsive both with Product Manager(s), developers and stakeholders across the company while managing workload
- Research and develop intuitive and engaging web and mobile applications experience tailored to personality of the Brand
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies
Experience Required
- At least 4 years of relevant UI/UX design experience in mobile applications and web applications
- Experience in managing a remote team is highly favourable
- Degree in product design or visual communication design
- Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience in working with teams using Agile and Scrum methodology
- Good analytic skill and judgment to choose the right visual UI (charts/graphs)

- Ability to design solutions with UX and visual design best practices
