1.Coordination, Negotiation with internal and external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
2.Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
3.Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
*May be required to travel overseas on case by case basis
4.Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
5.Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
<Requirements>
Diploma or Degree Holder
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
To be able to read and write Chinese due to contact with stakeholder speaking Chinese
