The candidate will work on a wide range of tasks ranging from sales and marketing, academic program management and administration.
Academic Programme Management
- Manage various academic programmes from kindergarten level to Doctoral level, including preparing and coordinating the logistics of module registration and timetabling scheduling, internships, study awards and other financial administration.
- Provide academic and administrative advisory support services to students.
- Coordinate and assist student orientations and enrolment processes. Organize student engagement sessions.
- Review current marketing plans, response rates and KPI against project milestones and make adjustments to improve the process
- working with the sales team to create online multimedia market sales campaigns for new client development as well as increased client retention
- Work with local schools and overseas education agencies to create and design various marketing strategies

- Overseeing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand recognition
- Business partnering with local schools to implement a comprehensive business plan
- Market research on the most updated student recruitment channels.
- Proactively spotting new business opportunities with the purpose of expanding company revenue in line with business practice
- Strong relationship development with existing customers.
- Actively involved in pitching and materials preparation needed such as qualitative proposals, capability statements, etc
- Project management
- Point of contact for the region's corporate communications and strategy
- Leading all activities relating to press releases, websites, articles, presentations, social media channels and events for internal and external use both
- Other duties as assigned by Director or board of management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Have experience in a similar role in B2B and B2C Marketing, Knowledge of online conference and events marketing would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns to drive results
- Knowledge of live video straming website analytical tools such as Douyin & Tiktok, KOL or online influener in Overseas Education business is preferred
- Strong communicator and problem solving ability
- Candidate must be able to take care of online business enquiry thru mobile app after office hours
