To relay and technical updates or product launch to the customers and facilitate their concern by providing all necessary information.To attend to customer’s queries and problems and resolve it when it is beyond the support unit’s capabilities.Prepare and update marketing material- Develop new catalogues, technical drawing, operation manual.Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, site supervision and documentation.Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.To perform QA / QC role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.Prepare various reports & RA (progress report, project handover report and etc.).Any other duties that may be assigned.
