Key Responsibilities:
Procedure Planning:
- To manage, establish and review local operation guideline, policy, procedure and working manual and handle the approval, announcements and system maintenance process
Project Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including front-line staff, operations, and IT teams, to gather detailed requirements for operation process improvement
- Coordinate between technical teams and end-users in managing the execution for user acceptance testing for system change. Ensure effective and smooth user acceptance testing process. Tracking of user testing process and results to management
Management Monitoring:
- Collate and monitor operations monthly key performance indicators
- To plan, execute and control operation training program to ensure compliance to training requirement
Operation Self-assessment:
- Conduct and oversee monthly and quarterly self inspection and assessments ensuring compliance across operation
Daily Operating Management:
- Operation risk window for timely reporting to management ensure all data input to system are in order and follow up on the status of the rectification plan
- Management for operation and technology outsourcing
- Other operational matters
Business Continuity Management:
- Develop and conduct periodic review on business continuity management policy and
- Assist and coordinate yearly business impact analysis and work with all functional business areas to develop and maintain an effective business recovery plan
- Developing, maintaining and testing call tree effectivity
- Coordinate and facilitate regular training and awareness program to enhance the preparedness and response capabilities
- Facilitate and support stakeholders in business continuity test
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of operational banking experience or business analyst in the banking sector
- String analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
