Job Description:
- Update and control of Mechanical Engineering specification,procedure and drawings in CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system).
- Register, control and maintenance of assets management in CMMS.
- Material Management including consumables,parts and spare units in CMMS.
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report in CMMS.
- Review and approve of service, repair and overhaul equipment, record and report.
- Managing staff “shift or on-call' work as necessary.
- Planning and supervising scheduled maintenance, improvement and investment works.
- Contract and evaluation of cost including technical proposal on improvement and investment works.
- Managing vendors, suppliers and contractors including performance appraisal.
- Managing staff KPI (Key Performance Indicator), appraisal and training plan.
- Ensuring compliance with machinery and equipment statutory requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety) legislation.
- Managing routine 5S at the maintenance workshop, store and work area at site.
- Provide training to Supervisors and Technicians if needed.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving availability of rotating equipment across the Plant.
- Develop and ensure data quality for documents uploaded in the CMMS.
- Develop Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time to Repair, Failure Mode Effect Analysis template for rotating equipment and implement it.
- Develop and monitor the performance of the rotating equipment.
- Deliver quick and effective technical solutions and proactively interface with other discipline leads for resolving issues.
- Identify bad actors in the plant and reliability improvement.
- Initiate the engineering management of change and execute the changes for plant improvement and modification work.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments for the maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Planning and execution of all rotating equipment preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Condition monitoring of rotating equipment through online and offline vibration analysis, oil analysis and other techniques.
- Develop training plans for Operations & Maintenance Teams.
- Prepare estimates and budgets for rotating equipment.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Reliability Engineering field.
- At least 6 years of working experience in engineering with EPC/EPCM contractors or in Operation & Maintenance in the Oil, Petrol or Chemical plant or similar.
- Knowledge in Refractory repair work is an advantage.
- Strong desire to work in a leading edge industrial environment with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto Cad, CMMS, etc.
- Able to work independently and in a team to achieve departmental goal of lean production.
- Knowledge of Maintenance and Asset Management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of industrial standards such as API, ASME etc.
