Our client is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join their team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming café environment that reflects the "luxury" brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, adhering to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, including maintaining equipment and restocking supplies.
- Educate customers on the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about coffee blends and brewing methods.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including food handling procedures and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous 2-3 years experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
