Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly payroll, including casual labor wages, within tight deadlines
- Administer payroll deductions, audit attendance records, and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Reconcile and report on various payroll-related matters, including CPF, IR8A, and IR21
- Prepare and post payroll journal vouchers, resolve discrepancies, and perform control checks
- Manage daily cash handling tasks, including reconciliations, deposits, and reporting
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of payroll and cash handling
