We are now looking forward a Admin Intern who will be excited to do the duties mentioned below.



Mailroom Duties:

  • Handle office phone calls and client enquiries via email.
  • Arrange for courier (local and overseas).
  • Handle the end to end Mailroom Process (Receive, sort, scanning and uploading of clients mails into platform).
  • Organize and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Other Administrative duties assigned by Head of Operations.

Data Quality:

  • To assist the Head of Operations in reviewing the dashboard and taking action to rectify them.
  • To suggest new ideas of reconciliation based on the observation of the data.
  • To perform daily the reconciliation between Xero invoices and Sleek platform to ensure that all the services are properly recorded.
  • Other Administrative duties assigned by Head of Operations.
  • Providing support to the Business Operations Team to perform general business administrative duties such as ACRA filings, drafting documents etc.
  • Assist in special assignments and projects assigned by the Portfolio Managers from time to time.

Performance Standards:

  • Customer centric, a passion for customer excellence.
  • Willing to be hands-on as and when required.
  • Detailed oriented while being efficient.
  • Possessing a high degree of professionalism and responsibility.
  • Ability to tackle challenges and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English, and a second language would be a plus.
