Job Responsibilities
- Support our AP Talent Acquisition team as we accelerate our growth and recruitment efforts.
- As an in-house Talent Acquisition Representative, assist with contacting, sourcing, and attracting top global talent.
- Access niche communities to uncover valuable names and emails, enabling our Talent team to leverage these contacts effectively.
- Work towards daily or weekly objectives based on workflow demands.
- Identify exceptional talent and proactively reach out to them to initiate engagement with the Talent team.
- Collaborate closely with the AP Talent Acquisition team to implement strategic planning.
- Partner with Talent Managers to forecast departmental goals and hiring needs.
Source candidates who will enhance the culture of our Lenovo team. - Supporting campus recruitment involves a range of activities aimed at attracting and engaging talented students and recent graduates
- Plan and coordinate on-site interviews between top candidates and our Talent team.
- Research and recommend the most effective platforms, job boards, and agencies for talent acquisition.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house and campus recruitment experience.
- Experience with IT industry and/or digital talent recruitment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, advanced knowledge of Excel, and experience with mappings and sourcing deliverables.
- Ability to effectively review IT talent portfolios.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent Lenovo professionally via text, message, email, or phone.
- Proficiency in searching online, utilizing sourcing channels, and social media to find top talent.
- Comfortable to work in fast pace environment.
- Expertise in crafting Boolean search strings, using job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with in-house ATS systems (such as Avature) is preferred.
