Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities such as responding to in bound enquiries, sales calls, cold calling to generate business lead.
- Foster strong business relationship with clients and ensure consistent business follow ups.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and execute all events and activities together with the team.
- Work closely with clients, operations teams, internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations for every event.
- Conceptualise and prepare event and menu proposals customised to individual event.
- Prepare quotations, agreements, event orders and floor plans.
- Responsible for collecting deposits and payment as per company procedures.
- Monitor, track and prepare regular updates and report of sales.
- Review current processes to improve and generate new or repeated businesses.
- Handle feedback and complaints from guests to ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Commission scheme application (upon confirmation).
Job Requirements:
- At least diploma in Hospitality or Event Management.
- Minimum 1 year experience in event sales sector, preferably in F&B industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to work in fast paced and high volume environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible and accommodate to last minute changes and request.
