Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from various sources such as government portals and industry websites.
- Review tender documents and assess the feasibility of bidding.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the company’s internal standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Manage timelines and ensure all tender submissions are made within the deadline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management, preferably within recruitment industry or proposal writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
