• Theatre Operations: Ensuring efficient operation of cinema locations, including screening schedules, customer service, and facility management.
• Technology Integration: Implementing new technologies for better customer experiences, such as advanced projection systems, digital ticketing, and enhanced sound systems.
4. Leadership and Team Management
• Building a Team: Recruiting, training, and retaining top talent across various departments, from operations to marketing.

Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in the cinema or entertainment industry, with a proven track record in senior management roles. Experience in a CEO or similar executive position is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to set and execute the organization's vision and goals.
• Sound decision-making abilities, often in high-pressure situations, to drive the organization forward.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, for effective collaboration with employees, stakeholders, and other leaders.
