Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in the cinema or entertainment industry, with a proven track record in senior management roles. Experience in a CEO or similar executive position is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to set and execute the organization's vision and goals.
• Sound decision-making abilities, often in high-pressure situations, to drive the organization forward.
