Job Description

  • Industry/Organization Type: Alcohol Distributor
  • Position Title: Customer Service Specialist/Customer Service Executive
  • Working Location: Tuas Bay Walk (Transportation Provided)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Saturday (WFH), 8.30 am – 12.30 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,100 + Incentives
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to customers by ensuring a clear understanding of their requests, answering questions, and offering assistance promptly.
  • Initiate services by documenting requests and coordinating with the dispatch team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle revenue collection efficiently by receiving and recording payments.
  • Resolve billing issues by identifying errors, explaining procedures, and coordinating necessary adjustments.
  • Enhance service quality by assessing current processes and recommending improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry practices by engaging in educational opportunities.
  • Resolve billing-related tasks for customers, including the issuance of invoices, credit, and debit memos.
  • Maintain accurate customer information for billing and service purposes.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support customer management and address any related inquiries or issues.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer accounts receivable and specific requests.
  • Manage customer records effectively and initiate actions related to rebates and sponsorships.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

  • Candidates with experience in the SAPB1 system would be an advantage
