- Position Title: IT Support Executive (Server Setup/User Support)
- Working Location: East - Macpherson
- Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday: 8.30 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3500 + AWS + Project Incentive
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
- Responsible for the creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
- In charge of server preventive maintenance, backup procedures, network and PC

- Min. Diploma in Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 2 years of working experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
- Experience with setup & maintenance of Windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktops, routers, and Fortinet firewalls is a plus
