Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties, ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Lead and provide guidance to on-site managers, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of property management.
- Oversee and manage the completion of A&A (Addition and Alteration) works and estate upgrading projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, engaging them regularly to ensure successful project management and renewal.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on property management issues and operational matters.
- Oversee property-related projects, including renovations and upgrades, ensuring they are executed according to plan and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and support a team of on-site managers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and compliance status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to property management and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities / Property Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in property operations management, with experience in managing multiple properties project.
- Must have experience in MCST.
- Strong knowledge of local codes of practice, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
