Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and automate cloud infrastructure using AWS.
- Troubleshoot and support container technologies (EKS, ECS, ECR).
- Monitor systems, manage capacity, and set up alerts.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot cloud and container technologies.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure and resolve IT issues.
- Provide 24/7 technical support and after-hours assistance as needed.
- Assist in project go-live implementations.
- Integrate new cloud technologies and offer feedback on existing setups.
- Follow ITSM/ITIL practices in daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in cloud operations and support.
- AWS Solution Architect Associate or SysOps Administrator Associate certified.
- Strong knowledge of networking, containerization, and AWS services.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
