- Supervise the dishwashers and cleaners at site
- Maintain a sanitary environment at the dishwashing area
- Operate high-temperature dishwashing machines (optional, but good to have knowledge)
- Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Report any equipment breakdowns
- ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
- Ensure proper usage and handling of chemicals by workers
- Ensure proper storage of cutlery and crockery
- Assist to support cleaner who is on Medical Leave (MC) or any approved leave
- Train new dishwashers to ensure that they are up to the quality standard required
- Monitor and ensure workers are stable before allowing the new worker to go solo
- Ensure dishwashers are comfortable and fairly treated on their site.
