Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Store Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, checking, packing, preparing delivery orders (DO), and preparing products for delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is accurate and that our customers receive their orders on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking: Accurately select products from inventory based on order lists.
- Checking: Verify the accuracy of picked items against order sheets to ensure correct quantities and product types.
- Packing: Securely pack items for delivery, ensuring they are properly protected for transit.
- Delivery Order Preparation: Prepare and finalize delivery orders (DO), ensuring all necessary details are accurately documented.
- Stock Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock counts and updates.
- Delivery Preparation: Organize and prepare orders for delivery, including labeling and ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- General Warehouse/Store Duties: Assist with loading/unloading shipments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or store environment is preferred but not required.
- Skills:Attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Good organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. - Requirements:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
