Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, design, and execute inspirational, functional and commercial communication collaterals
2. Ensure that communication collaterals attract different target customer segments within budget
3. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative materials and copy, and select style and font type
4. Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, web banners, in-house brochures, etcetera
5. Provide advise on style, format, print production and timescales
6. Prepare drafts of material based on agreed brief
7. Review final layouts and ensure consistency with brand guides and brand identify
8. Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of products, the local market, and our customers
9. Work closely with marketing colleagues to support all marketing communications
10. Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
Requirements:
1. Minimum a Diploma from recognized academy in Graphic Design or its equivalent
2. Have a flair for design, colour, and an eye for details
3. Be creative, imaginative and energetic
4. Skilled in all relevant graphic design software, including but not limited to Adobe CS5 and up
5. Possess excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
6. Able to multi-task, work independently and deliver high quality work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
7. Integrity, independent, forward thinking and a team player
