Job Scope:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR cycle (payroll, taxes, leave management, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: Job Posting, Sourcing and interview.
- Maintain employee records and HR policies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Administer MOM surveys, work passes, and government grants.
- Implement HQ and local HR policies and initiatives for business growth.
- Handle corporate/group insurance and conduct HR briefings for new hires and leavers.
- Assist with monthly accounts closing.
- Handle ESG responsibilities and corporate secretarial topics.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 – 3 years of working experience as a HR Generalist and Executive
- Candidates with relevant HR experience welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge with Employment Act & Regulation.
