- Manage daily accounting operations
- Filing, document scanning and general administrative tasks.
- Handle AP invoices & payments.
- Maintain records and keep track of AR & AP.
- Process reimbursement.
- Process monthly payroll & CPF submission.
- Process quotations and invoices.
- Compile/review for quarterly GST submission.
- Liaise with auditor's and prepare necessary documents.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Accountancy or other accounting qualifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Words.
- Meticulous, hardworking, self-motivated and reliable.
- Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
- Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks.
- Preferred English and Mandarin literate.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Knowledge in QNE and able to work 5.5 days will be an advantage.
