- Create the company’s operation process strategy and work flow
- Analyze data from goods supply and delivering processes to cilent and other matters
- Evaluate monthly report and company KPI
- Control operation and logistics daily
- Maintain inventory and delivery records
- Training to employees (especially new staff)
- Locate cost-effective solutions for operation and processes
- Resolve issues (e.g. missing order ,delays in delivery, accidents and etc)
- Collaborate with other team to create coordinated plans for business future growth
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the operation
- Ensure operation meet legal requirements and standards
- Good negotiation and organisational skills
- Resilience, also in critical situtuations
- 6 days work week inculsive of public holidays
