Job Scope :
- Oversee the daily operations of sales activities.
- Manage the Sales Order Processing cycle, including generating quotations, processing sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and managing invoicing.
- Skillfully address a high volume of inquiries, providing effective solutions for customer issues.
- Deliver exceptional support and customer service.
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams & external such as customers
- Aid in the preparation and submission of pertinent reports and documents for tenders.
- Participate in regular online/offline product training sessions organized by vendors.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates with related experiences (Admin / Customer service / sales support) preferred
- Admin manager with procurement experience and accounting background is a huge advantage.
