Job Descriptions:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding process for departing employees.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Preparation of payroll.
• Manage the renewal processes for company insurance, not limited to Health & Safety (H&S) insurance, Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) insurance and public liability insurance.
• Create and maintain proper record of employees’ information in both personnel files and Infotech System.
• Process and verify employees’ claims (e.g., medical, dental, transport, travel allowances).
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, issuance and cancellation.
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters in accordance with statutory requirements and company’s practices.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
• At least 3 year working experience In construction industrial
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will be a plus.
• 5.5 days work, 9am to 6:00pm
