- Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch.
- Compilation of simple information and statistics using MS Office.
- Provide administrative support to the admin departments.
- Any other duties as assigned by School Job Requirements.
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Acquired first aid knowledge.
