- Responsible for day-to-day operations for Mr. Biryani
- Manage recruitment and selection, performance, training and disciplinary of staff
- Perform regular stock-checks
- Attend and manage customers' inquiries, etc.
- Plan and update staff roster
- Ensure restaurant meets monthly sales target and adhere to SOPs and statutory regulations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work split shift
- Customer-oriented, willing to go the extra mile and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
