Day To day operations Supervision
Planning of staffing and duty roster
Able to conduct training of crew members
Able to mangement food and Beverage cost and meet the expectation
Able to participate in markerting process and work with marcom team
Arrange Staff for Stock Take every month end
Handle Customer Complaints and All Operations Issues
Willing to work on weekends as this is a Restaurant and we have overflow of customers during weekends.
Week off days will be on a week day
Knowing south indian languages will be beneficial as we get lot of customers from other nationals.
