Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery from planning through to implementation, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Manage project lifecycle, including design, construction, testing, and documentation.
- Prepare project estimates, plans, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with agencies and authorities (LTA, SLA, HDB, etc.) and manage project communications.
- Monitor project progress, manage deliverables, and address risks and dependencies.
- Maintain issue registers, guide the project team, and manage customer expectations.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties and handle additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with LTA contracts.
- Experience in sewer drainage projects is essential.
