Oversees the entire Human Resource (HR) spectrum and the Office Administration Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement reorganisation and restructuring in alignment with organisational objectives;
- Source and recruit staff to meet organisational needs;
- Oversee the on boarding process for new hires / resignees’ off boarding process;
- Guide and manage employee concerns, grievances and conflicts;
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes to drive employee development and behaviours;
- Manage the complete payroll process and handle all staff-related tax matters;
- Administer employee benefits program in compliance with legal and organisation guidelines;
- Responsible for work pass for foreign employees
- Arrange both internal & external training as well as process training grants applications
- Manage HR monthly report, govt/HR related surveys
- Assist in WICA / employee insurance claims
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Employment Act;
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and overall workplace culture;
- Lead, manage and develop the Office Administration Team;
- Manage relationship with vendors and service providers;
- Dotted line responsibilities for Maintenance, Security and A & P Teams;
- Any other ad hoc matters as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in HR Management is a plus
- Min 3 years relevant experience & familiar with local employment laws
- Experience in Timesoft system
- Maintain high degree of personal & professional integrity
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Meticulous and organised
- Able to multi-task, good time management
- Excellent interpersonal & people management skills
