Accounting, Admin & Operations Manager

About Us:
The TSquared Lab Group of Companies operates within the dynamic industries of Personal Training & Health and Food Manufacturing. We are committed to excellence and are seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Manager to oversee our financial and administrative operations. This role is integral to our continued growth and success, ensuring our financial health and operational efficiency are top-notch.


Key Responsibilities:


A. Accounting:

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
  • Coordinate, analyze, and report financial performance to management and the board of directors, including projections and special projects as required.
  • Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts for internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Manage audit and tax functions (including GST/income tax) and Government grants; liaise with external audit firms and evaluate their performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures covering financial accounting, reporting, employee relations, and corporate policies.
  • Ensure compliance with SFRS rules and regulations across all corporate accounting practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand company operations and strategies, and implement appropriate financial strategies across departments.
  • Ensure the company's internal control systems are compliant and effective.

B. Operations & Customer Service:

  • Support the Production Team in all aspects of Food Manufacturing, including order verification and logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring immediate follow-up, resolution, and communication with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, and management roles.
  • Prior experience in the Food Manufacturing and Personal Training/Health Industry is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, accounting, and CRM software (experience with Xero and MindBodyOnline or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a personalized approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for driving results and improving business processes.
