Job Description:
You will be responsible for supporting Assistant Manager, HR Technology in implementing and maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems for SingHealth Polyclinics.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Creation of user guides on the human resources data systems
- Support documentation of systems and data security management
- Manage and review system access matrices
- Support IT and HR Systems queries from users
- Raising and keeping track of change requests and tickets.
- Manage IT assets and annual reviews
- Code scripts for small automation projects.
- Conduct HR user training
- Onboard new hires in HR department on IT related information.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
- Strong grasp of general information technology with excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner who is able to work independently
- Having programming and scripting knowledge in VBA and Batch Script (CMD) is a plus.
