Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:Post job ads, schedule interviews, send offer letters, and conduct orientations.
- Employee Records:Maintain/update employee records, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration:Assist with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and coordination with providers.
- Payroll Support:Help with payroll preparation and address payroll-related questions.
- Compliance & Policy:Ensure compliance with laws and policies, assist with policy implementation.
- Employee Relations:Support employee relations issues, resolve complaints, and foster a positive environment.
- Training & Development:Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- HR Reporting & Documentation:Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and handle general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least diploma
- Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
